How could filming myself teach and reviewing the film help me become a better teacher?
Doing so, can help me to better critic myself in areas that I feel need improvement. Not only can I evaluate myself better, but I can also have other people evaluate me. I am a visual learner and in order for me to get things I have to see it visually done. So, if I am able to see myself, I can pick out strong things that I have done and I can also pick out things that I need to work on. I know that it is possible to be a great teacher and I know that I can be one :).

Imovie outline
Olympic Clean: total body exercise
Starting Position:
• Place feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart
• Bend knees and grasp the bar with an overhand grip(hands should be shoulder width apart)
• Shins should touch the bar
• Hips should be slightly higher than the knees
• Head should be up and full extended
Action:
• Straighten legs while pulling the bar straight up
• Arms should continue to be extended
• Bar remains close to the body
• Hips should push forward and legs extend
• Body will become erect
• (once bar passes the knees you explode)
o Elbows will bend as bar is pulled high
• Once bar is reached to the maximum height---drop whole body under the bar
• Hips and knees come into a squat position
• Catch the weight by moving elbows under the bar
• Support bar across the chest at the base of the neck
• Stand up with the weight by extending hips and knees

my imovie video---finished...wooohooo
I really enjoyed being able to make an imovie....at first a was a little nervous because I did not no how to even start using imovie, but once i thought of what i wanted to do, it all when well....i have never worked with a mac before and so that was new and using imovie was very confusing....if i did not have the help of my professor i would not have been able to get my assignment complete.... i am so excited to be finished with it and i hope those that watch my film enjoy it because i think it went very well :)
